Volunteer at a School Breakfast Club

Volunteering at a School Breakfast Club is a fun and rewarding way to play an active role in your community. You will also help ensure students have an opportunity to start their day with a healthy breakfast.

What’s involved?

  • Volunteers assist with setting up the breakfast area
  • Serving breakfast to students
  • Cleaning up and washing dishes
  • Volunteers also provide valuable social interaction for the students

School Breakfast Clubs generally run between 8 – 9am but the days and times vary depending on each school.

Schools recruit and manage volunteers themselves, so if you are interested in volunteering simply click on a school near you from the list below and you will be able to email them directly.

Alternatively, please feel free to contact the School Breakfast Team for more information.

To volunteer at a school you will require a Working With Children Check – the school will be able to help you with this.
