Ric Benjamin resigns as CEO of Foodbank Victoria

It is with deep regret that Foodbank Victoria announce CEO Ric Benjamin's resignation from his position at the organisation.

After nine years with Foodbank Victoria (six years on the Board and three years as CEO) Ric Benjamin has stepped aside. Ric has represented Foodbank Victoria with passion and energy, ensuring the organisation is well placed for the future.

Foodbank Victoria’s staff, volunteers and Board would like to wish Ric well and thank him for his commitment to Foodbank Victoria.

David McNamara, Foodbank Victoria's Operations Manager, will act as CEO during the interim.

Foodbank Victoria's Material Aid program gets a boost from IC Frith & Associates

One of Australia’s largest insurance brokers and warranty service providers, IC Frith & Associates, have generously donated $5000 towards Foodbank Victoria's unfunded Material Aid Program.

Foodbank's End Hunger Report 2012: Victoria in focus

Foodbank Australia have launched the first national End Hunger Report.

The report presents results from Foodbank agencies surveyed late 2011 and looks at the demand on food relief services across Australia.
